Each product has its own page with the customisation options we recommend, and two easy ways to order: send us a WhatsApp, or request a quote with your quantities and deadline. Everything is quoted personally, with design support included, so you get the right product and method for your design and budget. Orders are typically produced in 2–3 business days and delivered anywhere in South Africa.

Ordering FAQs
Can I buy products online?
At the moment every order is handled personally. Use Enquire on WhatsApp or Request a Quote on any product and we will confirm options, pricing and timing with you.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We are happy to help with single-item orders as well as larger bulk requirements. Preferential pricing may apply to larger quantities.
Can I supply my own garment or product for customisation?
Yes, as long as it is suitable for the customisation method. We also source premium-quality products at competitive prices, so you can leave the sourcing to us for quality, convenience and cost-effective pricing.
Can you source products that are not shown on the website?
Absolutely. Sourcing to your requirements is one of our strengths. If you are looking for something that is not on the website, we can find suitable options through our supplier network.
How long do customised orders take?
Our average production turnaround is about 2–3 business days. Customised orders can take up to 5 business days depending on the size and complexity of the order, stock availability and artwork approval. Courier or delivery time is additional.
Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes. We deliver nationwide using PUDO locker-to-locker services through The Courier Guy. Delivery arrangements and costs are confirmed when you place your order. Collection in Douglasdale, Fourways can also be arranged by appointment.
