What is the difference between DTF, UV DTF and sublimation printing?
DTF (direct-to-film) prints a full-colour design onto film and heat-presses it onto fabric, so it works on most garment colours and fabrics. UV DTF creates durable decals for hard surfaces like tumblers and bottles. Sublimation dyes the design into polyester fabric or coated products for an edge-to-edge finish. We will recommend the best option for your item.
What printing and customisation methods do you offer?
We offer DTF printing, UV DTF printing, sublimation and embroidery. The best method depends on the product, material, design and finish you want, and we will advise you on the right option for your order.
Can you help with the design if I do not have print-ready artwork?
Yes. Design support for your order is included in the quoted price rather than charged as a separate design fee. Design work starts once payment has been received. If a project needs extensive graphic design or full brand development, we will discuss it with you upfront.
Can I supply my own garment or product for customisation?
Yes, as long as it is suitable for the customisation method. We also source premium-quality products at competitive prices, so you can leave the sourcing to us for quality, convenience and cost-effective pricing.
How long do customised orders take?
Our average production turnaround is about 2–3 business days. Customised orders can take up to 5 business days depending on the size and complexity of the order, stock availability and artwork approval. Courier or delivery time is additional.
Do you provide corporate and event branding?
Yes. We work with individual and corporate clients and help with branded apparel, merchandise, gifting, promotional products and event requirements, including sourcing and customisation for the specific needs of your organisation or event.
Do you offer photography, videography and content creation?
Yes. We offer photography, videography and content creation for products, events and brands. Share your date and requirements and we will confirm availability and a quote.
