How ordering works
- Send us your idea, quantity and deadline on WhatsApp or via the quote form.
- We recommend the best product options and customisation method, and send a quote. Design support is included.
- You approve a mock-up before anything is produced.
- Production typically takes 2–3 business days, then we courier it anywhere in South Africa, or you collect by appointment.

Can I order custom tumblers individually as well as in bulk?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can order a single personalised item or a bulk or corporate order. Preferential pricing may apply to larger quantities.
Which customisation methods are available?
For this product we usually recommend UV DTF printing or Sublimation (suitable tumblers). We will confirm the best option for your design and material when we quote.
Will I see my design before it is produced?
Yes. We send a mock-up for your approval before production, so you can check placement, colours and wording.
How long do customised orders take?
Our average production turnaround is about 2–3 business days. Customised orders can take up to 5 business days depending on the size and complexity of the order, stock availability and artwork approval. Courier or delivery time is additional.
Can you help with the design if I do not have print-ready artwork?
Yes. Design support for your order is included in the quoted price rather than charged as a separate design fee. Design work starts once payment has been received. If a project needs extensive graphic design or full brand development, we will discuss it with you upfront.
Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
Yes. We deliver nationwide using PUDO locker-to-locker services through The Courier Guy. Delivery arrangements and costs are confirmed when you place your order. Collection in Douglasdale, Fourways can also be arranged by appointment.
