How quickly will I get my quote?
We reply during business hours, Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00. Complex or bulk orders may need a little longer while we confirm product options.
What information should I include?
The product or service, quantity, sizes and colours, your logo or design (if you have one), your deadline and a budget if you have one in mind.
Is there a cost for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to proceed.
Can I send my logo or artwork?
Yes. After you submit the form, reply to our email or WhatsApp us with your files.
Can you help with the design if I do not have print-ready artwork?
Yes. Design support for your order is included in the quoted price rather than charged as a separate design fee. Design work starts once payment has been received. If a project needs extensive graphic design or full brand development, we will discuss it with you upfront.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We are happy to help with single-item orders as well as larger bulk requirements. Preferential pricing may apply to larger quantities.
How long do customised orders take?
Our average production turnaround is about 2–3 business days. Customised orders can take up to 5 business days depending on the size and complexity of the order, stock availability and artwork approval. Courier or delivery time is additional.
